Save yourself the headache don’t rent here.. In the past year these apartments have turned upside down.. our car has been hit 3 times wheels stolen twice.. no security ever, adults and kids wondering around all hours leaving a mess being loud, smoking weed even though it’s a “no smoking” property… we don’t feel safe going outside, we had to call police multiple times ppl fighting outside there’s always squad cars here..

My experiences with The Harlow have always been excellent. Elizabeth the manager, and Jeannette the assistant manager have always provided excellent customer service, and whenever there has been a need, they have always seen to it that it was addressed A.S.A.P.! Today, Friday, June 18th, 2021, I called the office and advised Jeannette that there was a wasp nest forming on our patio, and that tomorrow we are having a family cookout, and it would make BBQing somewhat difficult for my son in law. Within about an hour to an hour and a half, the maintenance personnel, Rob and Cory, were at my door to address the need. And they did an outstanding job as usual. No more wasp, and now our family can enjoy the day tomorrow without dodging stinging wasps. They even took my trash out for me too. And no, I didn't ask them too, they just offered. In addition to being professionals at what they do, Rob and Cory are both friendly, and never make you feel like their job is a chore. They make you feel like they are happy to be of service. The entire staff at The Harlow, from the management to the maintenance personnel are great! My family and I enjoy living here.
