This apartment complex is simply overpriced. Extremely limited parking and lack of parking for visitors which can lead to cars getting towed. Majority of the time visitors parking spots are taken up by residents with broke down or multiple vehicles. This makes it very difficult to have people over. Repairs are cheaply done. Amenities are lackluster. Any maintenance needs are ignored leading to numerous requests and months of waiting. Management could care less about its tenants and it shows.

Visitors spots are taken by run down cars of residents. High priced complex in the middle of the ghetto. That’s why there’s always someone getting evicted. Peoples cars get town for parking on the side because of that first problem. This Inside of the apts look like the rent is $950 for a 2 bed. Not 1500 that’s absolutely absurd. The Complex in general looks like it hasn’t been updated in 15 years
