DFG stock the lakes with trout, I don't know if there are any other species or not. Yes, there are camp sites.

DFW stocks the Lakes of Balch Park and Hedricks pond with rainbow trout, there are a few small creeks and streams in the area that have a natural sustainable brown trout and golden trout population.
