CLOSED as of 24JUL20. “Dispersed Area 5” isn’t blockaded and had a group who seemed to be having a great time. Trail/hike to falls is very short. Some spots a bit steep, sandy... but pretty easy to get to. Cool area. Pools & falls are pretty & fun.

It's a nice place to camp but you better bring 2 cans of bug spray , a can of ant spray and something to repell bees . It was very quiet when we went on my birthday Sept 16 . But it was a long tiring windy road and the flying bugs were just too much . We decided to go to the beach on the way back to Vegas the next day . Which was way more relaxing ..over all a good 43rd birthday !!!

Great environment, pit toilets, no showers. It was pleasant though.

Pretty sure that info's wrong. The water got shut off several years ago due to Cholera contamination and to my knowledge never turned back on. There are 2 filthy outhouse w/no toilet paper. Camped there many times but not recently. They close the gate on the access road in fall and reopens around end of May. Area is beautiful and the creek runs by the campground.
