You're not serious are you I mean Common Sense tells you the doctors not going to do that

Try your primary doctor, go make an appointment and explain that you got sick took care of yourself at home and you wanted a follow up with your doctor to be sure you're fit to return to work. Thats your best option. Hope that helps.
