This hospital is 5 stars all the way, great experience for surgery and recovery. The RN's were all great, caring and the kitchen staff went above and beyong as I went to a room afer dinner hours. Highly respect and re4commend this hospitla if your having any procedure done. Loved the in house Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. I'm recovering at home now.

HOW CAN THIS HOSPITAL HAVE A 4 STAR RATING!?! Went to the ED and they are treating patients in the waiting area. Everybody in the waiting area knows everybody’s business! THAT IS A HIPAA VIOLATION!!! Doctors and nurses talking to the patient in the waiting area? Like hello there are other people in the room?! The reps are admitting the patients in the waiting area with their computer in the trollys going around and everybody is knowing everynodys informartion! Ayayay! This hospital is a walking HIPAA VIOLATORS!!!

I had a Partical Nefrectomy to my left kidney there. In July, the nurse are top notch! And everyone was kind and compassionate.. No complants.
Prodigy of the legendary mobb deep passed away there last year due to "choking"...... The hospital needs to be demolished.
I am at this hospital at the moment. My brother has a laceration on his nose and theyre going to glue it together since its not deep. My brother is very impatient but hes getting the care thats needed. I also have come here multiple times for myself and my children and have never had any issues besides the wait time but thats to be expected with the other emergencies that are more severe than most.
Hmm.... I doubt that… unless you had a serial killer posing as a ER Dr. It's your personal responsibility to advocate for yourself. If you think something is wrong, you must speak up.
You're gonna need to request them.
This has more to do with the doctors than the hospital
Yes it does as well as medicare and most private insurances
Yes, I belive so. However, please verify this question with the Benefits Department. Moday thru Friday 8pm to 5pm
Hello Vanessa we see patients with COVID. Staff and providers hover at the bedside of patients in isolation in the same manner as they do with patients who are not in isolation. If patients or families have concerns about bedside rounds, they can ask to speak with the charge nurse. The next step to escalate would be to ask for the unit manager/director or house supervisor if after hours. And of course risk management can help as a resource and take any complaints.
Hello Alexandrina. This is a 24 hour facility.
Call main desk and ask if patient is currently admitted.
You may want to contact the hospital directly
Hi Charlene. Please contact your health insurance provider as everyone's coverage is different. Thank you!
I'm sure you can
This is not a mental hospital, but I think they can refer you to one and start you on your way to recovery, good thoughts going your way
I'm sure they do, they took my friend who doesn't have insurance at all so I'm sure they'd take you too, and if it's an emergency they don't even bother with the insurance or anything until after you've been taken care of
No. All hospitals in Las Vegas will treat with or without insurance including Spring Valley Hospital.
Yes! Every ER is required by law to treat anyone regardless of whether ability to pay.
Yes it does! It's not very comfortable, but when your significant other is that tired, it won't matter lol
This idiot goes straight to kidney problems... You have to be kidding. It's likely a disc issue in your lower back pressing on a nerve. See a pain specialist. They'll recommend the correct tests (likely an MRI). of course it could be a kidney issue, but I wouldn't jump straight to zebras.
Yes. The whole medical center does.
Sounds better than keeping you there and NOT doing anything or using incorrect procedures. (Disclosure: I'm not a medical professional & I unanimously agree with me)
Henderson hospital has far exceeded my expectations. Spring valley had been good too but Henderson was excellent
Well considering Nevada most likely has a large Hispanic and Asian population, they may not know English or are more comfortable speaking in their native tongue. It’s not intended to be rude at all.
I'm not sure. However, most hospitals have been sued for medical malpractice. If you feel you have a case, please seek an attorney who specializes in this area.
Yes they do the point you in the right direction
Most definitely
