A friend of mine was at Petsmart and put an application in for a cat but have not geard anything. What dhould she do?

Was it an Erie County SPCA cat? Many Petsmart cats are from other shelters. If it was EC, she can call the shelter to ask about the adoption. She should give the cat's name (and ID number if she has it).
