If your worried about costs look up friends of animals you purchase a certificate then can go to a vet that accepts it.

The Lipsey Clinic attached to the SPCA does spay or neuter owned animals, but the SPCA itself only treats animals in our care. To get in touch with the Lipsey Clinic, please call 716-531-4700. They do spay and neuter. I dont know of any programs. They are chepper that a private vet. Give them a call if you have to leave a message they will return your call
