It is not, if the dog is even showing slight aggresion issues they are put down immediately. Dogs can show signs coming into a shelter of course, it's a scary new place for them. Especially if they have been in many different homes. Some just have some anxiety.

They are not a true no kill shelter. My boy was deemed unsavable by the SPCA who had fortunately rescued him from an abuse/cruelty situation. They did allow a rescue you to take him and now I've had him two years.
