Yes, the S.P.C.A.will spay your cat or dog or strays. Operation Pets if great too!
Best bet is to call Operation Pets. Appointments are into February but they are very reasonable, and a fraction of the cost at a vet. I'm not sure that the spca does open spays. You can always call and ask however.
