This happened to me when ordering my ATN thermal optics. After calling Optics Planet I came to the conclusion that their website failed to mention that the product was on back order and as the manufacturer was not ready to ship.
I have this happen a few times even after calling to confirm an item was in stock. A shipping label and tracking number would be sent, but the package wouldn't move for several days (unless I called in and followed up). Seems like the tracking and actual "out-the-door" shipping are two separate process. Either that, or they just keep forgetting to give my package to the carrier for several days in a row.... either way, I'll take my business elsewhere.
Because they suck! Spend your money with a company that actually supports our 2nd ammendment rights!
What don't tell you is that they first pull the order. Then when it gets to their shipping dept., the shipping starts. So for a 3day shipping, actually might take 5 days. And don't forget, they only count business days.
