I have bought a good amount of items since 2018 from their website. My experience has been great the entire time. There was a moment where I ordered a few items and UPS delivered the order to USPS and when I received the package, it had a hole and all items were gone. When I tried to file a complaint with UPS, since it was handed off, they didn't take responsibility. Ended up calling USPS but they said it was like that when they received it which I wonder why they delivered it anyway. I called optics planet customer service and sent me another box with the items. They ended up shipping it directly through USPS. Another order I had placed before the empty box incident, there was a particular model vortex sight that they did not have in stock. They called me and gave me some options on another which I did take. I feel they have been nothing but great to me. I will gladly continue to order items from them!

I’ve been having a really hard time with this place. My wife ordered a shot timer for me for Father’s Day, DHL apparently lost the package and we didn’t get any notification from DHL or Optics Planet.. I had to initiate the contact. I’m really interested in the product so they sent me another one, well low and behold DHL has lost another package although this time it required a signature. Can’t fault optics planet for DHL’s screw ups. It’s now August 20th, 9 weeks later and I called to get a refund and they said that I’ll have to wait till Monday. I didn’t get a legitimate reason as to why but I think this is a gross misconduct on both optics planet and DHL. I will never use either of these companies “services” again. Very sad that this is how they conduct themselves.

I've been waiting since April 28th for my nightforce NX8 Now I look at availability and it says 6 to 8 weeks. That's ridiculous
