Went there today and the manager was being super ignorant to the worker (who did nothing wrong) behind the counter with 6 customers in the store. Another customer and I talked about it while we were shopping around. Super unprofessional.

Employees are ridiculously rude. Never heard so much unprofessionalism and insults to me. I have never been taxed on something that was supposedly free. You can't tax anything if the sale is zero.

Came here with my brother to take a look at tennis racquets for me and golf clubs for him. My brother is a little delayed but is always very kind and respectful. He works in customer service himself, so is very aware of his tone and how to respond. He was asking about hybrid golf clubs, and what kind they had, when she barked at him about how they don’t make clubs like that. My brother asked again thinking she must’ve misunderstood his question because hybrid clubs are very much a thing. When he came to find me he was very upset and told me how the lady said he was “giving attitude” and that he didn’t need any more clubs. Please do better and be respectful to ALL customers.
