Why so many negative reviews concerning cancellations? This seems to be a ongoing problem? I'm wondering why channel15 wasn't doing a consumer investigation instead of propping you up? I choose not to use your services after reading all your reviews!

Both my grandsons work out there every morning and LOVE it. I myself will be going there for weight loss.
