I gave it 1 start because it has a sauna. Highly don’t recommend this gym. they will send 3 people to talk to you about personal training and change the price each time( LOL) I literally got up and walked away. I had a tour and the gym didn’t even know the details of the gym such as the age for the kids club. If you really want to come here, get the basic membership. It’s truly nothing special. Also, the manger does not care about any concerns you have. I cancelled my membership after 1 workout.

Super shady people when it comes to the personal training program. I didn’t receive a single session but was charged $312 after I told 3 different personal that I was not interested in the personal training program. Don’t fall into that trap now I have to spoke to the GM to get this resolved. This has happened twice in the gym. Only kind and trusting person there is Devon go see him. Great equipment gets really busy. Don’t get involved with Sam or Tartanium.

When I come in to a gym that I pay for, I expect to have access to all the amenities If that’s what I’m putting money towards. The basketball courts being set to only until 9pm isn’t fair to those whose schedule have us come to the gym at night. The staff is nice especially Robert as he make sides you get the full experience at EOS that made you want to be a part of that gym community. The cleaning ladies at night were the only issue I felt that I had, as you would work out they would interrupt your set and to clean at your spot rather than use manners and ask you to allow them to clean that spot for that moment and then continue your workout. If I am not getting what I paid for, then I expect a reduction on the monthly payments.

UPDATE: I have now been charged AGAIN for both personal training and membership. When I called again about it, the manager Myra was not helpful. She stated I canceled in February, but I have evidence of me being there last in January. I am doing all that I can to get my money back and legal action is not out of the question. Companies should not act this way toward their clients. ORIGINAL: I have been a member for many years. Recently moved to an area that doesn’t have an EōS and had to cancel my membership and my personal training. I haven’t been to the gym in a few weeks since my move. They tell me I will be charged another $148. I don’t have anymore sessions but I needed to give them a two month notice. Was not told to this when I signed up for trainings and the Manager, Corey, would not help out. Great gym until you try so simply leave.
