It doesn't matter where you go . Everyone will always have a bad experience at every facility . Whether it's Planet or 24 , or LA if you check out their reviews . I've been to all 3 & never had an issue but apparently other people did . Doesn't mean their bad , just a few people didn't enjoy it .
All the gyms have issues. Specially about cleaning. If I am you I got a 3 or 7 free pass most the gyms offer from the one you are intrested, use it, then you can decide to buy the membership or not. Is just a opinion.
I just pay my membership the day before yesterday and work out 3hrs. Until now i never go back and workout there. I try to contact them on email but no reply. Im trying to cançel my monthly membership. What am i gonna do next? Any idea?
If you give ANY workout facilitity access to your bank account, you are 100% going to be playing by the rules you agreed to in the contract you signed going forward. They’re not your buddy if you suddenly have to move, or come on hard times. Close your bank account? They’ll make an attempt to get the monies owed, and straight to collections you go if they’re unsuccessful. Okay with that? You’ll be fine.
The gym is not bad as long as you don't mind a dirty rest room and it's not hard to cancel you just have to do it a month before you want to stop. Kinda strange but it's like that at most gym coming to find out unless you go to a rec center or something like that hope you find a good gym
I agree, this has been the worst experience I have ever had concerning cancellation. We have personally went in twice because we keep getting threatening letters concerning collections. We have paid in person and they still say they are charging a late charge because payment was not received (we have to show them on their website that the payment was made but their system doesn't update).
Possibly because they continue changing former members MONTHS after formally canceling accounts. The front desk staff is kind and my personal trainer did amazing I really enjoyed working out with Todd. I however, that being said, it's not enough. I do no recommend this club at all. If you have low expectations with follow through and no plans to relocate out of state you will be fine.
This eos is the worst I started training with the trainer then after about 4 months we wanted to cancel now being charged 888.00 for something we don’t even use the trainer and they are saying it’s an authorized purchase. Worst and so ghetto.
Their customer service is terrible. The cancelation police is worst. They tticked me to sign up for $1 but i decided not to go. When i tried to cancel they charged me $92 when i was told that if i dont like it i can just stop going and that will be it.
Because they want your money, and they're ready to do everything to have it, unprofessionals !
