Kathy the manager of the place never returns calls as well as other things she does just because she has been given a title. This establishment can find a better person for this position. All my belongings were thrown in the trash. Reach out to your staff. Really. Get decent people (management) too work for you. Yes it has changed a great deal.

My home gym is Glendale the staff is very friendly always welcoming you with a smile which you feel like home. The memberships are Affordable only $10 a month and the place is super clean. Definitely gets the workout done. Thanks guys!

The best idea is to call corporate and complain
1. Usually any Planet Fitness can be cancelled any month before the 10th of any month now and not need to pay a full year BUT even if you signed a year just make sure you go in person to cancel and do so early in month or can be charged for the next month. 2. Same as others Nothing but good experiences.
39$ is once every year as a maintenance fee. And as for the 20.05, its just 5 cents for tax. If you must have your 5 cents then go ahead and talk to them about it in person.
The plan is to eventually expand the hours and then eventually they hope to go back to 24 hours, but no dates for extending the hours at this time
They do! Just ask the front desk and they'll get you taken care of.

Yez tell them u want tocancel n then sign a paper n that should be it. But make sure u do everything before the10th of month, orherwise u will get charged again for another month.
