I started my fitness journey on 2/14 and decided to take the leap and get a personal trainer. This was the best decision I ever made! My 6 month goal way to lose 17% of my body weight which was 27lbs. I reached that 6 month goal at week 13!!! I truly feel that having a trainer is a huge part of my success and I’m lucky to work with the best! Lonnie Hill holds me accountable, pushes me to reach my full potential, and motivates me to keep challenging myself every day. We set a new goal today and I can’t wait to see where this journey continues to take me.

2Much Sauce

It’s a good gym but don’t get why they have have to pressure you into getting the personal training 3 days a week for 408$ dollars and you get charged by weekly so that’s like 816 dollars a month and when you say no they tell you don’t want to work and your body. Not worth it at all had personal training once and it was the worst experience only got to cancel it because I moved to Texas. Plus there’s tons of free workouts on YouTube or google why pay when it’s free.

Compared to the 83rd location, this EOS is wayyy lacking. FIRST thing I noticed was that the Women’s Locker Room was surrounded by machines that attract men, it made me feel awkward and uncomfortable considering its a private room. Second thing was how messy the bathroom and locker room were. Either there’s nasty members (wouldn’t be surprised) or lack of attention but its unsanitary. The inside needs a interior redesign to be more spacious and consumer friendly; it would make more sense to have the aerobic machines in the back and the heavier sets on the side. Overall 6/10

Grand opening today!! You could smell the fresh, clean equipments. Plenty new machines at 💯. Customer service on point. Anyone who was working there and made eye contact would ask if I needed any help.
