You should request to speak to a "specialist". You should also contact Christie's, Doyle, Phillips and other various auction houses. Each house specializes in specific areas. Worst case scenario, they will not be able to handle your item(s) but may be able to refer you to someone who will. You can also list on Craigslist or Ebay.

Don't send email.call them & ask to speak to someone who specializes in the types of things you want to sell at auction.
