I have what I think is a 17th C. Dutch still life painting and I would like to get an opinion from an expert on what it is, who might be the artist, and what it might be worth. Who should I contact?

Sotheby's, Christies, and Phillips all have an online process for requesting an auction estimate. At least one good photo is required, and any information about where/when/how obtained may be helpful.

Give Sotheby's a call and ask for the appraisal department/person. Christie's is another auction house you may want to contact. Good luck.
