Your best deal is from Chicago heading west in the spring / early summer. The new models need to get to where people rent mode of them.
They do have the option to do a one way trip. However, it's my understanding that you will also be charged an additional fee for not returning the RV to the same location that you picked it up, so be prepared for that.
