As a novice to the RV Motor Home Rental experience in the USA, we thought the collection process was shoddy and did not feel very welcome. We were spending a lot of money and could not even be treated to a coffee let alone a biscuit or even a fond farewell "Have a great trip". We did not feel like valuable customers. The RV had seen better days, and was getting a bit tired but overall a good vehicle. A bit thirsty on the fuel. I thought as we are in the 21st Century, the RV would have Sat Nav and a Compass on the dash but no. The drop off was easy and a joy to meet someone at Cruise America who was pleased to see you. The gentleman was courteous and very obliging although seemed a little over worked but still had time to make sure our on going travel plans were organised. There were a few issues with the RV but mainly internal cosmetic ones. We would think twice about using Cruise America again especially Salt Lake City, we were treated totally different in Las Vegas (2018)

Service was prompt, the Class C RV we rented ran great, and check out was a breeze. I left a piece of luggage in one of the storage compartments and they promptly mailed it to me. I'd rent from them again

Crabstick Steven (our RV) was a gas guzzling fraud, whom had questionable hygiene routines. But he got the job done where many others would have floundered, and for this we loved him. Long live Crabstick

Generally it's 60 a day plus 35 cents a mile. But sometimes there are deals offered on their website.
We picked up in Salt Lake city and returned in Vegas.
You would need to call them for that question. This is a public forum. However when they flush them they aren't winterized anymore.
Your best deal is from Chicago heading west in the spring / early summer. The new models need to get to where people rent mode of them.
There is a daily rate depending on the size of the vehicle you rent, and then a mileage fee on top of that.
