I moved into this complex in May. The management did not have the apartment cleaned until less than 12 hours before I was scheduled to move in. As a result, the carpet was soaking wet and most of the apartment was still dirty. The AC was not working, and the toilet broke down and flooded the apartment within less than a week. The worst was the dishwasher. It must have clogged on the previous tenant because it was full of nasty, stagnant water. If the management had done their job properly, they would have inspected the apartment when the previous tenant moved out and made sure all of the repairs were completed before renting it to someone else. The only positive thing about this place is that the repairmen are friendly and willing to work hard. Good thing since the place is old and falling apart!

Hi, Move in was not that good.. 1) Facing a problem to setup internet even after 4 days after move in. 2) Washer was not setup even after 5 days we move in. 3) Minor issues in the apartment was not addressed immediately even after complaining.

Wow, after the terrible start at this apartment of it not being clean and the water heater breaking and not having Wi-Fi to my unit for a month I am extremely disappointed with how they treat their residents. They don’t follow their rules and aren’t flexible at all. I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend it.
