In terms of pricing and space AMAZING. For family’s and individuals I suggest you look heavily into the building you’re thinking about. There can be some sketchy neighborhoods that tend to get a lot of quick buyers because of how affordable it is! Keep in mind that Maintenance can be really busy at this location since it’s older. Other than that it’s a wonderful place to live and the apartment management is great!
