Worst place to live and managment is really bad.

Probably the worst place to live ever. I moved in and gave them a fix list. Nothing was fixed. I had to pay my movers to disconnect their washer and dryer then I continued to contact them about removing their washer and dryer as I was storing it on my patio. It took over 6 months to get them to remove it. The lights on the building didn't work including my light outside my door. Again this took them 18 months to fix and when they finally fixed it they entered my apartment without permission didn't leave a notice they entered and left my door unlocked and breakers to the power off. I signed a new lease sent it in. Apparently they never saw the email and tried to pull a month to month lease amount out of my bank overdrafting it they refunded me the lease amount after I showed them the email but they wouldn't refund me the overdraft fee. Their app messed up today and they told me they wouldn't except a personal check and I had to yet again run around for their mistake. The place is geto . Management always says oh that wasn't me . Or not my fault. No one here takes responsibility . Honestly the worst place ever. I suggest living on the streets before moving in this place. There's trash everywhere and if you need something fixed and make a work order the maintenance will just say it completed even if it's not. But they will eventually get around to it in 6-20 months. Hope you don't have kids because they will just enter your apartment without notice. Also their whole "24" hour notice isn't real. They usually put it on your door when they leave for the day ( around 5-6) and say we will be entering at 8am here's your 24 hour notice. For real avoid this place

These apartments are so nice! I was able to lease an apartment with the help of the office, and especially with the help of Brianna. She was very nice throughout the whole process, able to accommodate to our needs and address our concerns. Thanks for helping us get in!!

So far it has been great here. Michelle was awesome at helping us get in. The community is beautiful and I love all the plant life. And I really love that some of the landscaping is more of an alternative lawn like clover and other soft green weeds that are better for the environment.
