You may see 1 or 2 flying around . Tiger Swallowtails are flying around. Hummingbirds, Black Crowned Juncos and a Great Horned Owl family are present. Best time to see the overwintering Monarchs is November and December.
Sorry, no, there aren't. This is a winter site for the Monarchs. Still very informative with virtual tour and on site displays in the Grove. Best time, according to the info, is November to February.
Searched for butterflies but couldn't find any. However its a nice scenic view next to the campground.
