The attached Costa Vida has "oceans of gluten-free options" with everything being gluten-free except the flour tortillas and two of the desserts.

Not FatCats themselves, they just do pizza, fries and drinks. But Costa Vida is connected to the bowling area. They should offer some gluten free meal options.
