I got a late fee and emailed them about it and they were amazing and actually responded fast and refunded me!! So glad I can trust my management and know they’re on my side and not working to just try and get money from poor college students!

Horrible experience Marc Cheney Realtor, Eric Bingham Principal Broker, kept Deposit on 2 properties , failed to comply with returning funds appropriately. Poor business acumen!! aren’t elsewhere!!!! Don’t do it!!! We have sent a complaint to the board of realtors

I had a terrible experience with Vision Real Estate this summer. I found someone to take over my contract for May-July. The Vision Real Estate office said they’d get back to me by a certain date, at the latest, with the results of my potential tenant’s processed papers. Vision got back to me a few days later than that date, which resulted in my potential tenant backing out because “it took too long.” I had to move out of state right after that, so I really needed that tenant to go through. Vision has this really dumb contract that binds all 3 tenants to pay for the total rent amount. This means that if I didn’t pay my rent because I was unhappy with the way they were doing things, that they would then come after my roommates, too, to pay rent. I paid the rent, so that wouldn’t happen to them. I paid all of my rent for 3 months, then pushed to get it back, but no one at Vision Real Estate would own up to that conversation, so I lost 3 months + worth of rent. Someone in their office made a promise they couldn’t keep. To add on top of that, the company said they would help me find a new tenant. My roommates never saw them give potential tenant tours, though I sent many interested prospects to the manager’s email while I was out-of-state.
