Sales department was great to work with, had my machine ready to go when I showed up and streamlined me out. Thank you! Update: Well, I've had my machine for about a year now, and I am really enjoying the machine. I took the machine in to have its 1st service done. I called and got a price for service, scheduled it and brought it in. When I came to pick it up it was over a $100 more more than the price given to me and the counter told me that the filters and items necessary for a service were not included in the price given to me..... Are you serious.... That's like selling somebody a car coming to an agreed price Then have them tell you after the fact that the tires were not included ..... I'm sorry but that is just shady and unprofessional conduct. I can understand if you found something that was not part of the service, but this was just wrong.
