The BYU bookstore is frankly the worst place to order textbooks. I've repeatedly bought books from them online only to find that they don't actually have them in stock. This included a course packet that was only available at their store, which is insane because that means they know exactly how many copies they need to sell and there's no reason not to have enough for everybody. Even if you need a textbook immediately, it's nearly always both faster and cheaper to buy it online or on Facebook Marketplace. Don't fall for their trap. Update: I have once again fallen for their trap and bought a book for my class from them, thinking they had it in stock. On the contrary, I learned later that not only did they not have the book in stock, but they had to order over a dozen additional copies to keep up with orders. This is insane. The solution should be simple: just tell people you don't have the book in stock when they order online. Yet the BYU store refuses to do anything as sane as that.

Kind of sad their business model is to steal from students. They automatically add books to student accounts and if the student doesn't cancel it or in my case even if you do cancel them they still might charge you and then let you know 2 weeks after the deadline to cancel them. Do whatever you can to buy your books elsewhere I promise, they will do you no favors.

I like the variety in products here. You can get some really nice quality clothes, good books, some games, and snacks/food and such. The fudge is very, very delicious. If you're looking for BYU merch, this is where it's at

The customer service here is so awesome! I had a problem with returning some textbooks, and Scott at the Customer Service desk was so nice and helped me out with everything! I love this campus, and being a student here I have a first-hand account that the workers at the bookstore are awesome.
