In the actual biosphere itself, depends on how you can handle the humidity and temperature. I would say 30- 45 minutes plus time to walk around the rest of the exhibit outside of the biosphere. Plus hit up the gift shop and go get ice cream next door. So an hour and a half, but that was just me and my family!

Inside itself is beautiful and try to son be as much time as possible but toddlers get bored easy inside the he greenhouse. We spent 2 hours there but the kids loved the play area.
