Located 2.5 miles from I-15 in Lehi, in the center of the Ivory Ridge Clubhouse there is a beautiful Banquet Room available for rent at a preferred price for club members and also for non-members of the club. Ideal for weddings, luncheon/dinners, birthday parties, business seminars, wedding/baby showers, etc. Check the website for prices because they can change each year.

When you walk in there is a check in desk where you need to scan your membership card. From there you just walk through the building and out to the pool. There are gates but they aren't locked.
Yes, the townhomes pay the HOA and it's $20 per hour to use the bubble. There's a rule about how many guests you can take. Not sure about it though.
Yes, the pool is open end of May for use. Call to schedule a banquet room for a party. They book ahead 3 months.
