I moved out cleaned the place perfectly, patched & painted the walls, I left it nicer than what it was when I moved in. They still took my entire deposit $1600 as well as charged me an additional $600 for cleaning with a threatening notice that it had to be payed within a few days. Seems like this is a trend for them.

Moved out from these guys over a month ago. Just received a notification that they took our deposit and had charged extra. They even charged us for a garage door opener, which we never received. When I moved out my roomate and I had our families come and help, because we new they were going to be stingy. After hours of work across several days and 2 moms approvals, that apparently didn't cut it. I was hesitant at first when moving in I took the contract to have some questions answered. First thing that was said to me by the desk lady before I said anything was," Your not getting out of your contract". Imediate red flag. I just had some questions. Would never recomend in a million years. Also response time for fixing things is terrible. Ended up moving out before the AC was fixed.

Each person 18 years and older will need to fill out a complete application and submit a non-refundable application fee of $50.
Visit our website and click on your state. Locate the name of the property you are interested in and click on it, then click on Schedule Showing to see available times for that community. Once it's booked, a property manager will meet you there for a tour!
Yes. All of the MAXX Property Management communities are pet-friendly. Please note, we do have a breed restrictions list for dogs, and we do not allow fish, rabbits, or rodents of any kind. You can find our updated animal policy on our website at maxxpm.com.
