It website says kids castle is closed on sat but is the playground still accessible?

The Kids Castle playground is still temporarily closed every day during improvements and the installation of new play structures for children of all abilities including kids with special needs. The Castle and the play area surrounding it is all fenced in to form one playground... and in its entirety is call Kids Castle, which is the Kids Castle playground. The Park where Kids Castle is located (Central Park) remains open during the entire improvement project. I hope that helps with your question Tara. The playground surrounding the castle is also closed. There are other smaller playgrounds in the park that are still open, but nothing like the castle.
