Beautiful park! I brought my daughter and grandson here to go fishing from shore and we had a great time. Only negative thing was the restroom. The toilet paper dispenser was the dumbest design I've ever seen in my life.

Picturesque, clean. And people are respective of other visitors. Been having my family reunion here for many years.

Nice park had our company pictures here. Pretty sure I ran the whole park with the army recruiter and recruites here also
Peace Valley Park has one of the best walking paths in the area. It completely circumnavigates the lake with a nice little stroll through the Nature Center. I highly recommend it. Also a great place to people-watch and to meet people with common interests (walking running biking dogs Etc)
Yes you can. Bring your own or rent one. They rent, kayaks, canoes, and paddleboats. $15 for half an hour. $25 for 1 hour and more prices. You will enjoy your day there no matter what you do.
Nope. Me and my family go all the time and walk our dog. She loves to go in the rivers. Just make sure to keep your dog on a leash and pick up after em.
Fishing is great, plenty of catfish if your just looking for a good time, large mouth are catchable from shore or boat and there are plenty of trophies, walleye fishing is great from boat.
First come first serve. Get there early on weekends especially if the forecast is good. Was always busy but with the virus everyone in the family wants to be outdoors.
This applys to the picnic tables in the shade with a nice view.
Good luck to you.
Why is the lake so low? It’s just like a stream by the bridge. All the sides are low too. We have bald eagles now. They need to fish. We have never had more rain. It seems you must have purposefully drained it this low.

Check to see if its tidal, I know tbe Delaware is tidal as far up as Trenton in NJ
Why is the driveway by the dam so hazardous?! It’s like a cavern. If someone flips their car over, who is liable? Yes, it’s that bad!

Hopefully, people observe the posted speed limit which should prevent flipping a car.
Not positive, but I believe so. I purchased one for my Kayak from the boat rental center ($12 bucks resident, $25 non resident) and it's good until sometime next spring. I believe their sign says any watercraft require a permit. Also, it is a Bucks County specific permit; as far as I understand a PA boat permit won't do you any good. Hope that helps and happy rowing.
