Sounds like there is a problem with the help. You should definitely tell the person in charge.
Not sure. Maybe they have new employees. I'd ask the manager on duty. Maybe they'll give you a discount.
My husband did, he told them & they went back in to get the rest of the order. But there was no cheese on the burger, no condiments, nothing was correct, he had already waited an additional 20 mins for them to get the rest of the order. It's real simple we won't go back.
Please ask for they manager on duty....but like always check your order.
