What toddler is cutting the vegetables? Seriously. Why is there a whole half of green pepper on my sandwich. They just give you anything ESPECIALLY when you order online. I don't even have time to take it back for a refund. #BASURA

I traveled 3 hours from Fredrick md to LaVale md with out a bathroom brake on the evening of july 3rd 2021. stopped at this subway at 8:40 for dinner. I was told the bathrooms were closed and that the toaster oven was turned off. I we wanted something it would have to be cold. I've been in customer service for over 16 years and to my knowledge if the doors are open the entire store should be open. It was a complete waist of time going to this subway when we couldn't eat or use the rest rooms.

My mother is handicapped so she needs to use a walker or wheelchair at all times. My parents were out celebrating their anniversary by doing some bargain shopping when the need to go to the bathroom hit my mother very quickly and urgently. They stopped at this Subway fully intending on making sure they bought something in order to be able to use the facilities. The lady working unlocked the door for my mother, and held it for her so she could enter easily and made sure she was ok before any kind of transaction had occurred besides human decency. Of course they bought lunch there and very much enjoyed their meal. Thank you Subway staff!
