They sold my daughter freshwater fish and also sold her saltwater chemicals. Needless to say all the fish died within 12 hours and they won't replace the freshwater fish!! What a horrible experience for her and her friends we will never buy anything form here or recommend this place

Staff is always extremely helpful and kind, but also very honest about what will and will not work with certain tank/enclosure setups. You can tell that they truly care about all of their animals and have their best interest at heart. I'm always confident that any fish I purchase here have been well taken care of!

This is a small scale store. The large tank in the front needs a water change. The lizards are in very small containers and it’s kind of sad. Bought four fresh water plants and some Java moss and the total was almost $40. All of the Java moss died very quickly. Bought some tetras ($3/each) and slowly acclimated them. One of 6 died today. Bf didn’t want to complain about either the Java moss or freeze and return the tetra because it was “too much work.” Not sure about their policies with either but money is money...so I’m slightly annoyed. We’ll see if the other fish live. They ordered a tank for my bf that he likes. Seems like their stuff is kind of over priced to me for what it is but I might just be harder to please than my bf. The staff is nice.

Their beardies are adorable and well taken care of. We call them all the time for advice. Their pets are healthy and noy we habe 2 happy growing bearded dragons of our own
