The pharmacists that work here are one of the most incompetent people in the world of pharmacies. There's probably only one there that knows what's going on and the rest are so rude. I have no idea how they became pharmacists because they have no clue what they are doing and CVS does nothing about it. 🚨

Extremely horrible place for vaccination & medication. My vaccine card is barely legible. Not only that, but the people there are extremely rude. I had a woman literally huffing at me over and over again over the phone treating me as though I was stupid for asking a simple question that she couldn’t answer at all. I’ve seen them pick up the phone and hang up on people. Just overall a garbage place.

How can a store be ran any less efficient than this CVS. The last experience I had here was horrible. A prescription that was ordered at 2pm on a weekday the next day at 12 it still wasn't ready. They had about 11 hours to have it ready. My most recent experience the prescription was ordered at 430 and at 8 still not available. Then you just stand around hoping the pharmacy technician will ask what you are waiting on, instead of a highly advanced "take a number system."

My daughters urgent care faxed in a prescription for her earlier in the day, so I went to pick up her Prescription from the drive-thru that evening. I arrived at the drive-thru at 6:40 PM. I was the eighth car in line. The average time spent with each car in front of me was approximately 10 minutes. It was finally my turn at 7:42 PM. Needless to say, I was not in the best of moods by that time. I so wanted to be verbal to the employee about how disappointed and annoyed I was with waiting but I held back, just collected my daughters prescription and left. And no, I couldn’t have gone inside because by the time I wanted to, I was blocked in. 👎🏻
