That is the golden question? They never answer the phone or return any messages left. I literally have seen them sit next to a ringing phone and never answer it.
I called a few minutes ago and asked why no one is answering the phones and she rudely hung up on me. Someone could have had an emergency. People just need to start reporting these things to the higher comnands.
