Have been coming here for 2 years. Moving in 2 weeks, trying to settle my bill. Have been calling literally all day and no one answers. Showed up in person, told to call. Now I think my number is blocked. I really do not want to be sent to collections over a 10 dollar bill.

Straight to voicemail for the 2nd day. No details still from an appointment back in July. Lack of communication is non-existent to be a medical practice.

I have been taking my mother here for almost 8 years now and have had favorable experience with them until last year. Perhaps its due to the COVID-19 situations or the fact that they've moved around. However, in my opinion, that shouldn't have mattered because whatever circumstances you are in, you are supposed to provide an upstanding service. This clinic is a service-oriented business after all. The main reason I am sending this review is that I have voiced out my frustrations to the physician and have tried reaching out to the office manager. To be specific, my mother's condition has worsen the past few months and she is requiring quite a bit of assistance from different health services. Whenever I submit some paperwork to the office, it takes them weeks to get it taken care of. The front office staff are very unprofessional and lacks the proper customer service etiquette. Whenever I call, I am almost always put immediately on hold without me even having the chance to speak. After several minutes, they ask who I am holding for. When speaking to them, I am given an attitude as if they are not wanting to help me or that they are very busy. The patient coordinator rarely respond to my voicemails and does not seem to resolve our situations. Whenever I get the chance to speak with her, she would say I've submitted the document to the doctor. I can only get the paperwork completed and sent whenever I make an appointment with the physician, which he always says that he doesn't know anything about it. There have been 2 or 3 instances these have happened. The different health services that my mom is working with have stated the same exact experience dealing with the clinic. This last one I am dealing with has taken over 3 weeks to resolve. I have talked with the physician and submitted the paperwork for him to sign. He acknowledged and promises to get it taken care of. However, paperwork has not been submitted and the service has been put on hold for 3 weeks now because of this paperwork. I called again today and the front office said they've submitted the paperwork to the doctor yesterday. I asked for them to speak directly to the doctor as I believe he's had multiple copies of the same paperwork already and she said she will get the office manager to contact the doctor. I truly do hope they find resolution on this service issues!

Not a Bad Mecical Facility. Your getting highly qualified medical professionals to help you with your health and keep you alive as long as possible. Yes The wait times are a little bit long at times but I'm sure that can be improved with some management technics and the amount of time the doctors spend with patients just like the Government facility do. Nothing is more frustrating than waiting a long time and all you needed was refills. Maybe they could set some rooms up for patients who are just need refill and nothing else. There is no perfect medical facility out there. Not in today's world.
