No, parking yes, special exhibits yes.

Entry is free. Special exhibits, Imax, planetarium, and discovery center all cost. There might be other attractions that cost as well. Parking does cost. However, there is limited street parking. Also, you might be able to park in Forest Park for free, enter near the planetarium, and then walk across the indoor bridge.

No, but special exhibits do cost. Like right now they have the Apollo 11 spaceship on display and that was $10 to get in.
