Our family has always felt the Schnucks Telegraph bakery was the best! Especially doughnuts. Now my boys are grown and moved out so I don't get doughnuts much. I placed an advance order yesterday at a national doughnut chain down the road (DD) and when I went to pick it up this morning, it had been cancelled with no notice! So it's 6:30am, I need the 7 dozen doughnuts right away and don't have anything! I called Schnucks bakery from the DD parking lot and spoke with Tammy. She was calm and told me it would be no problem to get that for me; that she would start working on it right away. I drove over and by the time I parked and went in she was closing the last box!! Her smiling face was a welcome sight as I was a bit frazzled. I didn't even think about Schnucks for an advance order, but I will use them from now on! I really appreciate the kindness and superior customer service I received from Tammy, and also the two wonderful associates in the self checkout area when I had a question. I was in and out quickly and my frazzled morning was soon back on track. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I went to Schnucks Pharmacy for many years. When CVS bought it things changed. I pressed the keypad to get money back which was an option. The girl checking me out said that they don’t do that. Then why is it an option? Also couldn’t check my one item out like I could before. The pharmacist was very rude yelling at me from the back. Very professional staff you have there.
