I will recomend you to go early because its less people more chance to see and enjoy
I would go as soon as they open. Not sure they ever have a slow day. We usually get there at 9:30 and are ready to go by noon when its busy. The dinosaurs I believe are a permanent fixture.
They've had the same 2 dinosaurs for a long time. Not sure of the slowest day. But, am sure its during the week
