Yes, almost all of the science center is free. You do have to pay for parking though. I think it was $12 per car. The omnimax costs to get in and any special displays usually have a fee. Food and drinks as well as anything from the gift shops will cost. About 85% of the place is free to explore. Kids love the animatronic dinosaurs.

Yes it is but don't try to use a coupon on the movies because the staff is rude about it.

Yes.most of the science center is free. The special exhibits charge admission.
