665 for two bedroom upstairs apt. They pay for water trash and heat. You pay for electric and extras like cable internet. Make sure they show you the exact appt you will be renting not the model before you sign. Not a bad place to rent.
They have different prices for different things but I think for the most part they start off around $500-$600
