Horrible customer service!!! 😤 Me and my father went through the drive threw to order for our family of four. Mine you we all get our own meals. Half way through our order the lady who is taking our order says “You are ordering way to much food!” Me and my father are quite shocked of course cause our meals have been no problem before at this establishment. So we just pulled away and went somewhere else. Very rude and will not be going back

To service the public your workers have to be in the store. Don't ignore your customers. Probably not a good idea to bring your baby to work at a restaurant. We'll drive to another KFC rather than deal with this again.

Closed on Monday 6/13/22 at 6.20pm all employees out back watching a thunder storm move through. I had to drive to another chicken house in Huber... not a KFC and spent 65.00 on food. I guess my business wasn't wanted in fairborn. I am a retail Store manager and would be very upset if this was my crew. Hope to see better service in the future if I decide to give it another chance.

Overall the food tasted great. Maybe the Nashville hot sandwich is just naturally messy, but I felt like this was excessive. The bottom bun was soaked with the sauce (grease? Couldn't tell) and was a challenge to eat. Everything still tasted great! The fries were hot, coleslaw was as good as it always is. The sandwich was just exceptionally messy. Was able to make it work with a large stack of napkins.
