Not different from what I expected from fast food service operation. They were much better in the past. Service was slow. I ate in and it was 15 minutes waiting. No one was engaging with customers. The workers all seemed not interested, again which is common now. It use to be a place that was a little more pricey, but it was very good. I don't think so much anymore.

I never have left a bad review before but wow. The attitude of the employees here is horrible. You are treated like it’s a bother for you to come pick up your food. The manager working was just as rude, if not worse.. From reading other reviews, this seems to be what some are experiencing as well.

Store was marginally clean, service was EXTREMELY slow and prices were a little in the high side. Food was decent.

Me and my dog TJ had to stop at our favorite restaurant today. He always bugs me on the way home while I'm eating wanting his share of the Philly Cheese sandwich. As you can tell in the pictures he likes it alot. At the end when he's done he always looks his lips and then he smiles at me to say thank you. As you can see in the picture he likes the meat and cheese a lot better than the bread. I Love Penn Station! I recommend anyone who loves this kind of subs. Fresh baked buns, freshly squeezed lemon aid, freshly cut toppings, and always freshly cooked meats. Always clean, always great customer service and most importantly great food! All workers have a warm smile and something nice to say when they approach you to take your order. They try to make sure they have the order clear so you get what you ordered and exactly how you wanted it. Always fast service.
