Service staff consisted of teens having personal conversations with many foul four letters words, I guess they forgot they had customers in the dining room. Probably will not come here again. No excuse for their language at their job in such a public place.

Food was not only bad, but the brisket sandwich I received was mostly fat and was the smallest 9$ sammich I've ever had. I didn't get a receipt so that I could complain about it, which is on me. Arby's has gone so far downhill, I just can't see ever going back!

My son and I had lunch at Arby's on colonel Glen today it took 30 minutes to get our food the fries were cold went back got new fries and they were so greasy it was dripping off them will never eat there or at another Arby's from here on out

Apparently Arby's has grown incredibly cheap since the last time I visited one of their locations. Despite their constant nattering about having "the meats" on their commercials, we spent eight dollars on a chicken sandwich meal and were given this - and half of this 'sandwich' was breading. This will be our last visit to this particular fast food chain, if this is the pathetic excuse for "the meats" they are offering.
