The people at the window have terrible customer service. We made a mistake and thought we were missing an item and politely asked for it and I guess one of the cooks who made our meals came to the window and instead of politely helping us and letting us know we had the item, she was very defensive and starting having an attitude with my little sister who was trying to gain experience ordering her own food, bobbing her head in a way and had a snappy tone. Directly talking to my sister in the back seat so I know I’m not mistaken. It was very trashy and disrespectful.

New management is a win! Had to complement the cook. Best burger I have had at a Steak and Shake. My daughter even commented on how it was better than usual

First time at this location in probably more than a year. Like all places they were struggling to find people to work. When I walked in I was shocked to find that it's like going into most fast food places and you now order at a kiosk and get your own drink. You pick up your food at the counter. I order a double steak burger and onion rings. The onion rings were good but the quality of burger has declined. Bun was not what I remember. It's too bad, I used to love Steaknshake. I don't need to go back. The worker shortage has killed this business.

No smoking 🚭 Service dog friendly 🐕‍🦺 Wheelchair accessible & friendly ♿ I really enjoyed steak 'n Shake I think they make some fantastic hamburgers. Most of the time I liked their French fries too but this time they were a little sloggy and they were missing seasoning. This time around I had something happened that has never happened to me at any drive though. Is my hamburger wrapper as well as my hamburger had a big hole in it the size of someone's thumb. To me that's unacceptable I don't know how the person could not have seen that they punctuated before they handed it to us. The staff were friendly and kind the drive-through was fast. Besides those problems the foods was wonderful.
